This place was recommended by a co-worker. I loved it. I had issues with my insurance and the staff did everything possible to work things out. They called back when they said they would and things were fixed. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and neat. Waiting time was minimal and the process of picking glasses was smooth and friendly. Now I'm just waiting on the glasses. Really liked this place.

Reed this before you go there! Had the worst experience today when I went in to pick up my sons glasses. The staff was very  rude, ignorant, discriminating, and not kid tolerable. The person in charge wiped the chair down after my 15 month old put his feet on the chair and said she had to do it because of all the germs. Which I can agree to but when I asked if she did that for everyone she did not have a legit answer. Instead of trying to make things better she kept laughing about what I was saying and let me know me and my children were not welcomed there. I have been going there for three years but not anymore. I will definitely find a new place.

So I called today . And they put me on hold like 10 mins. Trying talk to LISA! AND THEY HANGED UP ON ... SO, ON THE 4TH CALL IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE-MAIL I LEFT A VOICE MAIL THAT THEY ARE FULL OF BULLSHIIT!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEED A BETTER A TEAM!! P.S I WILL GO UP THERE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER JUST WATCH!! I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS NOT TO GO HERE ! 👌👏

I've been a customer here for years however over the years the quality of the staff & the service provided is horrid. Dr. Johnson is amazing always has been, personable, great giving you information on your eye health & how your overall health can affect your vision. Ms. Elizabeth is also great always keeps you informed. THE OFFICE STAFF is just horrible ! They are children playing at working. Completely incompetent!

I would give 5 stars but I'm difficult, great staff going off those who have helped me. They are very helpful in helping you pick out glasses.
