Story

Viso Bello Day Spa and Massage Therapy Center is fast approaching its 30 year anniversary in Middlebury, CT! Beginning in 1989, Viso Bello began as a 4-room, 3,000 sq ft skin care center that has since grown into a 10,000 square foot day spa with 17 treatment rooms, a nail center, a medical spa; Aria Medical Spa of Middlebury and a retail department!

Making the spa experience available to everyone. Life is about slowing down and taking some time for yourself. When you are ready, Viso Bello will be there.

Been coming here for years.   The staff are so incredibly professional and friendly and most have been there for a very long time.   I've had just about every service they offer and always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and utterly pampered.  This is truly a special place.

It looks small from the outside.  As soon as you walk in you see product, almost like a cheap hair salon.  But then as soon as you enter the waiting area you are immediately calmed by the soothing music, warm colors, and dim lights. Since it was my first time there I was walked around the facility shown all the rooms they have to offer. It's very big. You wouldn't know by sitting outside.  The prices are high but it's because they use very expensive organic lotions and such. I had a facial, I've been feeling how smooth my face is all day.  The woman who took care of me, Sahim, educated me throughout the entire process.  It's definitely not like other facilities at all where they just kinda do it and not tell you what's happening.other places don't seem as educated either.  She welcomed me with water as soon as I exited the room too, which I appreciated. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I kinda felt pressured to buy their product. As she was educating me she was describing the products. She didn't come out and say that they sell that stuff there but it still felt pushy.  I would prefer to go to a spa to be pampered because I am stressed out.  Feeling pressure causes some stress. I felt obligated to at least look at the product, which, btw, ranged from $48-$58 from what I saw.  Very expensive. Other than that, if I didn't feel pressured to buy product as soon as I walked in, and throughout the facial, it would have been perfect.. Try to sell yourselves more than the product.  You might do better. That's my advice.

Worst gel mani and regular pedi I've ever had. Paid $90 and a complete waste of money.  Horrible customer service with a payment mistake on THEIR side with a membership.

I love coming here for everything from massages to pedicures to facials. The service provided by their staff is wonderful!
