This branch has excellent customer service and I always feel welcomed when I need to go in for my banking needs. Everyone from the tellers to the loan officers have always treated me and my family with the utmost respect. I highly recommend vital fcu!!

You set in lobby for hours when they setting looking right at you. Not friendly at all...

Poor customer service and staff not as professional as other banks. Not your neighborhood friendly bank.  Staff at the Duncan branch a bit more friendly but overall much better banks out there with better service.

This credit union will run a credit score check on you if you want to open a checking account.  Then if they don't find anything (past loans)...then they will only offer you a checking account with a monthly fee. Then when you say no and to just cancel the account setup..they will recommend you to go to some bank they recommend. I went to a smaller credit union instead and it was much easier with no credit score background checks.  Before going by this place I had never heard of any banks/credit unions running a credit score check ever to open a checking account.
