My family has been here multiple times, and we've really enjoyed it. Funny, but the pizza is what we've enjoyed the least, although the crust is very good. We also love the chipotle barbecue wings. The loaded cheese fries and the Cobb Salad are the best we've had. They never skimp on the sauce or toppings.

Looking over the other reviews... there are some great servers, and some not-so-great servers. A lot of them are very young. It's a real toss-up. There's not much you can do, other than tip well those you appreciate and ask for them by name. If you get bad service, don't tip them at all. Money speaks.

Also... their takeout is TERRIBLE. The quality drops drastically, items are forgotten... it's a real mess. It's like night and day. Be sure to check your order twice, because every time they've messed it up. I'd only give the take-out one star, or maybe two.

It’s a great place to eat and enjoy time with family or friends!! Ashlie is a great manager!! She communicates well with her customers, and I️ am glad that she was given the manager spot!!

Ordered take out. Picked it up. Got home. No chips.. pretty disappointed that half of what I paid for just wasn’t in the box. Especially when it’s take out. I’m not going back to pick them up and there not brining them to me. Check your boxes before you leave.

Our family has been eating here for the last five years. It seems the food quality and availability are getting worse with time. For example my meatloaf order a few days ago contained two butt ends of the mearloaf, that seems rude or careless. Also I specifically order French fries with other meals but I always get chips, this happens on many occasions. I don't think we're going to try vitales anymore.
