The man Ben I talked to was extremely rude after I pointed out to him that it is against federal law to charge someone by hour to move out of state after he quoted me an hourly rate. He became irritated and combative to me over the phone and basically forced me to cancel my reservation even when I still would use them had they given me a set price. This guy Ben is living in the old days when people could get away with an attitude like his. Unfortunately Ben social media will let people know what kind of A-hole you really are and to stay away from your company i would not recommend this company to anyone. PERIOD
