This was my first experience, I have super curly hair. Just went for straightened, but usually need a trim.. Curly hair dilemmas. She did a good job. I paid 85 that was w a slight trim. I will go back on a regularly monthly basis due to the straighten does not last.

Found this salon online. Needed to get my hair texturized after being natural for 9 months. Called and was told it would cost me $65. After the chemical was in my hair and dried, I was told I needed a trim, which cost $15. I told my stylist to go ahead. When my hair was done it was good, but when it was time the pay I was charged $95! I didn't even ask why I was charged guy much for a texturizer and trim. But when I got home I had to call them and ask for an explanation. They could explain to me either why I was charged that much. I was suppose to pay $80! Even when I spoke to the hair stylist here reason was because she trimmed more than 1in of my hair so it was $25 for a cut (A cut is define as trimming more than 1in, but I had 1.25in trimmed, but this wasn't explained before hand). Mind you I'm an African American girl with short hair. Either way I got in a shot argument that even if I was being charged for a cut, and total was $90 so why was I charged $95? She argued that the total of 65+25 was 95 -_-. I couldn't even argue because I felt foolish for being taken advantaged off. I don't believe I will be going back. I need to find a salon with honest practices. I'm a student with no money and I feel like I got ripped off. SMH.

I found this salon from online, because I'm home from school and was looking to get my hair straighten( blow out, I'm fully natural) to get my ends trimmed. They were nice and had a spot available for me at the time I selected. My hair was washed and conditioned and Mrs. Vivian was nice and welcoming. The stylist that I was given was Jakeya. She was nice and we made conversation. When it came to straighting my hair I thought I was in good hands seeing that my stylist was natural and the website said they knew natural hair. But when it came to the flat iron they used too much heat. My hair was straighten and retouched by Mrs. Vivian. This was my mistake because I should have said no to more heat but they told me how my hair would be fine and it would return to its natural state when I wash it. I trusted them, since I haven't straighten my hair for 5 years since starting the process. But a week later after my hair survived the rain and himmidity I thought it was time to wash. After I stepped out of the shower my curls were gone. All of the work and time put into growing my hair out had disappeared in one wash. My hair smelled horrific and it fell limp and damaged. My hair will take time to repair and so will my trust in black "natural" stylist. I'm not saying that all experiences at this salon will be the same as mine. But I would not go there for the style I choose, and I would say always do more research.

I'm a meticulous person and I consider my hair as my glory. To make a long story short, I visit this salon and Denise did my hair a week ago and I'm still rocking this style in Texas.Yes, your hands are Bless and I will visit again when I'm in the area.
