I am very surprised to see the reviews posted. I have never had anything but great service and quality arrangements from Vivian's. Instead of ordering online, call the store directly. They have many options.

The flowers were fresh and vibrant, the variety unique. The arraignment artfully done. Best I've ever seen. I strongly recommend these floral experts to handle any of your floral needs! They are simply the best I have ever experienced. (Botanical expert) Jm

Very disappointed with the order I placed. I'm not from the area so I ordered online and they looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. Was looking for a clean, modern arrangement and ended up with what looked like a condolence arrangement. Use someone else or shop in person only.

This business is NOT good. Flowers were 3 days late for my 50th Birthday. My son paid $70 for 4 red Roses and 5 Carnations in a very small jar. The picture on the internet is nothing like the end product. I had to phone the comapny then go in and collect them myself with on appoligies at all. 0/10. The flowers and the service are very poor. The end product was smaller than the steak sauce bottle $70. Do not buy from the internet with these people. I feel my son was mugged. he later requested that they come back collect the flowers and return the money.

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!!!! I tried ordering flowers for my fiance through the teleflora network and the order was taken without a problem the day before Valentine's Day. I know it was short notice but I expected a call, email, or a text if any issues came up. I called at 3 P.M. on V-day to check on the order and they said it was delivered. I call the hotel and they said it had not been delivered. I call back to Vivians and they are still saying it was delivered to the right address. I get another phone call from the flower shop from someone else there and they said it was never even put together so it was not delivered. They stated they had problems with their phones and could not get in touch with me and they were not allowed to use their cell phones at all. I think the manager would have made an exception. The service was not great and the flowers were non existent. They wanted to put something else together for me and have it delivered the next day. They made it sound like it would be very plain and simple not like what I ordered. Do not use this flower shop. Try someone else.
