Opened over 50 years ago by Vivian Nault. Was later joined by her husband, Alphege Nault. Over the many years, they assisted hundreds of people in finding the perfect home on Cape Cod.

About 13 years ago, great niece, Deborah Clough joined the buisness as a secretary, then later got her salespersons license and now is a real estate broker.
In September 2009, Al passed away after living a long successful 92 years. However, that didn't stop Vivian from being in the office 365 days of the year (literally!!) up until her passing in November 2012 ( a month before her 93rd birthday) when she went on to rest with Al.
The business is now owned and operated by Deborah, with the help of her daughter, Samantha Campbell. Samantha has her salespersons license, and plans to get her brokers license in the future.
