New soft seats are awesome to sit in through out the entire arena, I just think the backs sit a little lower where you walk so you almost trip walking past people in the rows. Overall, great remodel. Not a big fan of the new food places on there but plenty of other options before you get to the venue in City Creek.

Not good. Why did you make the seats smaller and tighter? The arena is too dark now, navy colored seats? Price of everything sky high. Worst was turning the parking lot two blocks north of the arena into an employee only parking lot. 500 parking spots and only 52 were used. How about making that parking lot for employees and "us" season ticket holders? Please lower the bass in the music. Did not have a good first impression. I have been a JAZZ fan snice 1974/the New Orleans days, have lived in the Great State of Utah since 2000 and have been a season ticket holder for years.

Absolutely horrible job on the new seating arrangement. SEATS ARE TINY. They made the same mistake every airline is making by cramming more people in a tight space. I attended a concert here last week and I practically shared my seat with the people next to me. My wife is very small and even she felt claustrophobic. Obviously someone suggested smaller seats to increase capacity. Great for business, terrible for customer experience. I will definitely limit my visits to the arena with a setup like that. Great job with concourses and food options but not impressed by the other decisions/compromises made on this renovation.

Been going to this Arena since 1991 and have loved it. After the recent renovations, I got emotional last night at the Jazz game wishing my dad could have seen the upgrades. Amazing job guys!
