Wonderfully, Juan, crew leader was excellent, very professional. He arrived when he said he would, informed us of his daily duties and performed said duties and answered any questions in a timely manner. 

Jason Ali, the project manager, very attentive to us. He came out and called to make sure everything was in order, inquired of any needs or concerns, checked to make sure everything was done in a timely manner.

It was a pleasure working with VKB Kitchen and Bath from beginning to end. It was a one stop shopping process. The company made the whole process easy and less stressful. We would use this company again.

VKB did an excellent job on my master bathroom remodel. Calvin helped us design the bathroom based on our needs. He gave us suggestions on the layout and design. The project manager Polo and his team are great electrician and plumber, they did a great job, always focus on details and are very pleasant to work with. They come on time and clean up after the daily work. They finished the work within the timeframe. In addition, Joe, the VP at VKB is nice and helpful as well. We are very happy to have VKB doing our house project. We will definitely recommend the company to our friends.

Please take the time to look through all the pictures to get an idea of how bad the service has been for us.

We have had our grout redone 6, that is right, 6 times by VKB.  They originally completed the tile work in December of 2016.  In May of 2017 we noticed that the grout was crumbling in multiple places.  So we contacted VKB through, email, text, and phone calls, because it takes all three to get a hold of them.  In July of 2017 they came out to 'fix' the grout.  Instead of re-grouting with the mocha that we had used before, the workers grouted with white.  They also did not bother to take out the mocha from under the doors, the gate, or the appliances or cabinets.  When I got home that day, I got in touch with them and told them it was done in the wrong color.  They came back the next day to do it again and put the right color in, but instead of removing the quarter round they grouted over that.  To make a long story short, the grout has been done wrong now 6 times.  Not to mention, in the pictures those are our brand new appliances that the grout is all over.   
 
It was fixed was December of 2017 and it is now crumbling again and it is February 23, 2018.  Now our tiles are scratched again, the edges are wearing off because of them having to use tools to get the grout out between the tiles.  

I would not recommend using this company.  They have not been able to complete our job the right way.  They cannot not communicate effectively.  They do not take the customers issues/complaints seriously.

Mind you, I gave them 6 chances to fix the issue before posting anything.

UPDATE 4/18/18:

The seventh attempt.  The company and owner came back to us to fix our kitchen and make it right.  A team came out to the house so we could show the issue was and they assured us, even the owner that it would be done right.  They asked if they could work on Friday and Saturday and we said yes.  They ripped out all the tile and subfloor and replaced about half the tile on Friday.  On Monday we were notified that they did not have enough tile to complete the job.  The company that they ordered the tile from sent them the wrong tile.  In any event, what was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 6 day job.  The tile is all replaced.  They did their best to fix it, but none of the tiles line up.  I have attached more pictures at the end so you can see.

We were very pleased with Amanda's assistance in making the many choices on hardware and style.  The work which was completed on budget and pretty much on time.  The work was supervised by Jason who was a pleasure to work with.  Work was a neat as remodeling can be.   

We had minor issues shortly after full payment was made and there was no question, they came back and corrected the problem.  

Over a year later, the glass shower walls developed stains which we could not remove. We contacted VKB and the next day a representative came and agreed the glass was defective and needed to be replaced. VKB came and replaced the glass at no charge to us.  

Their support of their work even after final payment is made is outstanding.

Job went well with only a couple of minor hiccups. The initial demolition went great and the clean up was excellent. The plumbing and electrical work was very good that moved various lines throughout the kitchen. The quality of the cabinets and granite counters were excellent quality and we were very happy with our choice. The flooring we had selected matched our existing flooring that connected the hallway and dinning room. The only issue we had was some miscommunication on certain painting aspects but they came back and corrected the issues. Overall - very happy with the finished product and hope to enjoy this kitchen for many years.
