Called them direct the first time and they hung up on me. Ordered a large catered order through "Slice" a third party online service. Called Vocelli direct to confirm. They immediately placed me on hold. Still on hold 5 minutes later. Called "Slice" while I was still on hold and asked them to cancel order. Was able to complete the entire cancel process before Vocelli's picked up. I told her I cancelled. She said she was the only worker there. It is hard to do business during lunch hour with one employee. Slow service, unable to answer the phone, placing you on hold, excuses as to why they cannot get the order to you. She seemed happy and relieved to cancel a $150 order.

Vocelli Pizza is great. I prefer the Neapolitan crust since it provides me a NY Style Pizza.

Never Purchase. Ever. After waiting an hour for my pizza, the staff told me that they can't find my house and that it's my fault because I provided the wrong number. That they had no intention of offering a discount or refund, and that they are cancelling my order. Fifteen minutes later the owner called and thanked me for my business, then mockingly asked if I knew how to use a computer.
