So sick of this place! Haven’t used them for their help and never will! Their one worker Zack has came to my downtown business twice now, and asks for free food in exchange for free services. No!!!! Stop harassing us. You are nice, but we don’t do that type of exchanges. So annoying. If it happens again, we will have to ask him to not visit our restaurant anymore.

Vogel's has serviced our locks for years. They came up with an alternative to completely replacing a sound, 76 year-old door. It was done quickly and they cleaned up every shred of sawdust before leaving.

I had a large order of keys to be copied and specifically stamped. They did a GREAT job of keeping everything perfectly organized just the way I asked. Great professional customer service!

I had called in the morning to inquire if they could copy a Honda key and how much would it possibly cost. I told them that I would bring my own new key fob etc (no parts required, no electronic transponder needed to be re-set). They told me it would be $3. After I reached there and got the key done, I was told it would be $30. They ended up charging me $25 and did not offer to give me a receipt! I was told that since it was a laser cut key and they had to use their laser machine they needed to charge me that much. Really?????

As a technician responsible for the maintenance and management of a fleet of aging vehicles I have occasionally found myself in need of a locksmith or parts available thereto.  Several times over the last few months I've reached out to Vogel's (specifically to reproduce worn out keys and provide me with the cut code as well as to supply tumblers for a fleet-wide rekeying effort).  Both times the woman on the phone and the man in the background (without hesitation) ignored my requested service and offered me a far costlier alternative.
Today, a direct competitor promptly and effectively performed exactly the service I needed (guaranteeing that he'll not only be my only call in the future, but my only recommendation as well).
Mr. Vogel, I encourage that you consider making your focus more on providing the service that your customer actually needs, less on ensuring that they MUST come to you to accomplish their goals.
