I had Voight Electric wire my basement, and set up a fireplace. Initially, I thought they did quality work, however, they did not finish the job they said they were going to finish, which is a HUGE PROBLEM. My fireplace has a fan unit they supposedly installed. The problem is the fan unit does not work. I've asked them multiple times through my contractor, and my leaving a personal voicemail, to stop back to finish their work. They have not responded. I held up my end of the deal by paying their invoice right away, which ended up being the max amount per hour I have ever heard of an electrician charging. Have they held up their end of the deal? The answer is no. Just like any construction work, you cannot trust anyone. Once they are paid, they are gone. Any other electric company could blow them out of the water, just by responding to their customers. You would like they would be smart enough to know by keeping customers happy, they would get referrals. They will not be getting any referrals from me. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
