I have never dealt with a company with worse communication skills than Volpe. Every customer service representative gives you misdirection to avoid any issues that they create. Had a delivery for one of my customers not show up without any warning or any solution. I was then told if the customer doesn’t accept the delivery the following day that I would be charged a “redelivery fee” even though they were responsible for my delivery not arriving when they stated it would.  I would avoid working with this company at all costs, especially if you have customers who rely on you to provide goods and services to them in a timely fashion.

Don't spend time for comment. You will regret for working with them. Try to pick up a load. They told me to drop the trailer and wait. Then they left without even telling me  a thing. What a waste of time.

Horrible. We are owner operators brokered to haul a load for these fools. We have waited 20hrs now and the load is still not ready. I feel sorry for anyone who consigned  to ship with them. We the drivers were here on time and ready the lateness and fault is somewhere with in that warehouse. This is not the way to run a business. If the load isn t ready within the hours I can deliver it then I'm falling out and walking away.
