I walked into the store at 1:30 in the afternoon with two ladies sitting behind the counter doing absolutely nothing with not a single customer in the store. I asked if they had time for a quick haircut and they said they're busy. I said it appears you are slammed laughed and walked away. It is clear that they don't have time to make any money and you shouldn't go there.  Walk ins welcome?  I think not.

When I called to make my appointment for a permanent I told the guy I wanted them to use pink and gray rods, when I got to the salon I told the girl I wanted pink and gray rods. The girl rolled my hair with pink and WHITE rods she said it would turn out the same, I knew what I wanted but I didn't get it! I have been getting permanent s my whole life and knew what I needed. My bangs are not even curled. I feel I just waisted my money and time! I am furious!!!!

Even more so now than ever, this place has a building FULL of talent, knowledge and friendly people to assist you.  Now in their new location, their salon gives a warm and inviting atmosphere while you get treated like a queen/king.  The stylists there are first rate and just plain fabulous - I love this place and highly recommend it!
