I have been here several times and never disappointed. In fact, we recently moved and I visited a closer Volvo dealer for service. Won’t make that mistake again! Bruce in service is the gold standard of customer service, and the main reason I am happy to drive the extra distance, because it know I’ll be treated as a valued customer. I highly recommend their service department!

Very poor customer service from Service advisor Vinny not once but twice his attitude and behavior is a poor representation of the hard-working technicians that actually work on your car will be going to another Volvo Service center as of now.

First, as always BRUCE is delightful! He is always professional, efficient and customer service oriented. He always makes me feel like he appreciates my investment in Volvo and Koons. Also, the payment desk employees are very kind as well as the other desk repair and maintenance shop employees.
