My salesman (Jeff) was easy to work with.  Knew his product and took care in explaining all the features with me.  Today I went back for a half hour refresh/tutorial as it is much easier for someone to show me the features hands on.  He has a great personality and you can tell that he endorses the cars that he sells.   He told me that I could come back anytime with any question I might have which I really appreciate and will take advantage of this local on-call service offer.

I've had my volvo serviced at VOS for about two years now and I just recently purchased a new (to me) car as well. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a new '18 XC60 and ended up in a very low mileage '16 XC60. This saved me about $20k, and wouldn't have happened without Deanna, my sales associate, bringing the car to my attention. She really went above and beyond to put me in the right car and get me the best deal versus putting me in the most expensive car I could afford. I really appreciated this helpful and low-pressure approach to sales. Deanna is relatively new and she had a great team of colleagues to help us both through the process. I was happy from beginning to end with my experience.

Found a car there i liked but unfortunately they were selling it over book value.(NADA)
And blew smoke up my ARSE about how it was a rare car.  It was a damn volvo for crying out loud.  Not rare at all and I was annoyed and went elsewhere...

Well, its local if you live in the area.  They matched the best price I could find.  BUT their service crew is a bit old school.  They don't have a clue about what the current tech is, how it works, and what are the issues.  Sorry to say but they need to loose the past and move into the future that corporate VOLVO is trying to aspire
