This store used to be my go to store for just about everything. Some changes to staff must of took place due to the massive lines at checkout. 
Unless you have a lot of free time and you like standing in line don't go to this one. I now go to the Ralphs up the road no problems and I actually saved money. Go figure thanks Vons for that one.

The only reason i shop at this Vons is the Browny Moose Track Ice Cream other than that this store sucks, The manager in charge of ordering never keeps the shelves stocked with the products people want the most. Like 2 liter Squirt which was on sale this week for $0.99 cents when you buy 5, but of course the manager hasn't ordered any all week. I've been stopping every morning and every afternoon to see if they got any in and the answer is NO who ever the ordering manager is he or she needs to be fired

I think this is one of the most accommodating grocery stores I've ever been to. Fantastic customer service wonderful management and a clean well stocked store. two thumbs up.

I agree with the first review...Horrible customer service... The worst Von's I have ever been to. Cashiers are rude and don't like to admit that the customer is always right! They also don't know their own store policy! Don't go to this store! Go to Ralph's down the street, they are much nicer!...cashiers dont greet customers and have very unfriendly attitude especially the cashier there name ( RANDY) he made a customer walk with him to do a price check he left behind a long line of customer leaving his open register unattended instead of calling for back up or for a price check he also has a very nasty, EXTREMLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,NASTY BAD ATTITUDE!!! HE seems like doesnt enjoying working there seems like he was force too !!! He did not let us return what he over charge us for when they had a special on that item DID NOT WANT TO ADMIT THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT..when we the customer are the one whos paying thats how he have the job is because of the main word BECAUSE OF THE (CUSTOMERS) shopping there !!!
