This company is a scam. They say one thing and do another. Im permanently disableded with all the proper paperwork they charged me to prove im disabled and charged me for useing a card for a id badge i was told was free yesterday. Please dont trust a single word they say. No one knows anything and the supervisors i spoke to today took no accountability and down played violating my rights as a disabled citizen. I dont carry my paper work on me at all times but you should on this scam bus line.

Run pretty smooth for the most part but i was soliated for drugs and someone bumed a cigerate of me...the sings were a bit confusing so i goton the wrong bus which made me miss yhe last bus back to city so i had to walk alot before i could get a ride ended up missing an appoinment the next day.. I lost my walket on the bus and no one turned it in caint say ifits votrans gault or not on that one...there pretty clean for the most part...i give it like 2.5 to 3 stars

Horrible bought a monthly bus pass on weekend only time I can catch them open when I'm not working went to use it on Wednesday and I get card not valid so I waite until next morning have ingredients to give up 2 overtime hours of work to try and resolve go to window where I bought it and they tell me they cannot do anything I have to go to main office in South Daytona now I have call my work tell them I am going to be late not sure how long but will get there as soon as possible this is 46 dollars I'm talking about a month pass now on top of loosing pay from work I'm paying bus fair more to get this corrected get to main terminal they give me a new pass and a sorry that is really sad they should have given a refund and a new password on them for the month for the trouble they caused me very poor customer service. One thing I learned which I didn't know is the 6 numbers printed on the ticket that's what the bad one they sold me didn't have hopefully this will never happen again .but if there were negative star ratings I would give all that was available for customer service that is no way to treat a customer they should have compensated for the inconvenience they put me thru

Horrible just horrible....waited at the bus stop in front of the speedway for nearly a hour....they knew bus was running 30 minutes behind and didn't send a can. Smh they need to step it up and become like Lynx transportation! They are so much better and they give out transfers.
