Completely dissatisfied with the professionalism of this office. They were very nice until we paid them our $1500 and then it was like pulling teeth to get them to return my calls about updates with our case. After finally getting a court date 10 months later, it took another 60 days to get a order from the court denying the petition to modify sentence letter that was filed 4 days after court, because the letter was sent to the wrong penitentiary with the name misspelled. Then they had the audacity to say in the letter if they could be of any service in the future to let them know.....Sorry Vogua and associates but we will not call you to help get our pet dog out the pound if needed.

I had a great out come with Vouga & Barnes they kept there word and got my situation dropped .. It took some time but was worth the wait.

I had Jason Denny withdraw from my case due to the fact he never showed up to my court date after being paid in full. I was place on an ankle monitor because he made it look like I wasn't showing up to my court dates. Because I have called him and asked if I need to be present yet each time he said no. The last one I went to is the one he did not show to. I then had him withdraw. He left a recorded message stating I would receive a refund check. It's now been 3 months and no check. If I don't receive my check by Tuesday I will be taking this up in court. I will not change this review until I receive my check. If I don't receive it Tuesday I'll be sharing this story also.
