We stayed at Voyageur Park Lodge for the first time this summer (2015) and stayed at the Pointe.  We had a great experience in every respect. The staff was friendly, helpful and fun.  The cabin was very private and very quiet.  As a nice perk, the staff cleaned our fish and froze them for us to take home.  The cabin was spacious, had a great authentic "cabin" feel, was well furnished, and was very comfortable.  It doesn't get much better than this. We will be returning.

What a place to spend a week! Casey and Anna are excellent hosts. They are both very helpful and kind. We've stayed at other resorts on the lake and VPL is our favorite. Very private w plenty of fun things to do on the property e.g. disc golf , beach, game room, horse shoes etc.
The dock service is an excellent perk as well.  
Cant wait to visit again!!

My wife and I stayed in the Spruce Tree one bedroom cabin last September.  What surprised me was the layout of the resort.  All cabins were very private and made for a great getaway.  The overlook and view from our cabin was one of the nicest we have ever seen at a resort.  We will be back for sure.  We also had a chance to tour other resorts in the area and found nothing that compared to this resort property.  If your headed to the national park I would recommend Voyageur Park Lodge.  Also the folks running the place were great!
