Just started the fat loss challenge!! If you’re not in yet, what are you waiting for?!?! Cleanest facilities, best trainers, and best atmosphere on the east coast!! With Master trainer Depena’s training, I have gained over 15 pounds of muscle and gotten down to 9% body fat. I finally have the body I’ve always wanted !!

This is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The facilities are top notch, but by far the best thing about VP is the people. I feel as though everyone from Terrence and Sam the trainers to Whitney at the desk and Junior who helps keep the place sparkling genuinely care about you and go more than above and beyond. I have been recommending VP to all of my friends.

Best gym facility in Providence without a doubt! Well outfitted, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, and saunas in the locker rooms. Excellent and free courses to choose from as well!

I joined VP Fitness two years ago--not having been in a gym for 20 years. Determined to get strong & healthy, I started training twice a week. Their personalized approach focuses on my individual needs so that I am now in better shape than ever before. Recent medical test results have shown improvement across the board with my "health age" being reported as 15 years less than my chronological age. I look forward to going to the gym where I get can away from the stresses of the day and just focus on myself. When asked what gym I belong to, I am proud to strongly recommend this friendly, clean, state-of-the-art facility. Thanks to everyone at VP Fitness!

I've been training with Joe for the last week and I'm seeing results already. I feel better, I can tell that I'm already losing some weight and beginning to tone up a bit more. Before I had a personal trainer, I hated the gym. Joe has made me feel comfortable and is so friendly, I actually love going to the gym now. He really focuses on me as his client and genuinely wants me to make progress., and I can already feel it. A great investment! Thank you VP Fitness!
