I have been with Vystar for over 15 years. So far, so good. Vystar is not perfect but they have not disapointed me like other big banks.

My account was locked without explanation. I called the call center and they were not authorized to help. I went by the local branch and there was a 20 minute wait, so I had to leave. I called the call center back and they transferred me to the branch. 30 minutes later  I was still on hold so I gave up. They've had over a week to send me info by mail, still nothing.

Absolutely best customer service of any financial institution I've even dealt with. Debbie is awesome.
