I needed a quote for renters insurance and when I did not hear from Danette I called her.  After several days of not hearing back from her I called and left a message - no return call.  Finally I caught her in the office and she informed me that she was too busy to give me a quote and wasn't sure when she would get to it.  I took my business elsewhere.
