The staff in general are nice friendly people. Its not their fault times are long and the process isn't easy. What I'm upset about and giving this location 1 star is their manager. A heavy set lady with short purple hair. She is the exact opposite of providing customer service. She is rude, unhelpful, and takes the time to even answer a simple question. She seriously needs to be fired and replaced. If you work in customer service you need to kind and helpful. Not some prick like she is

This is the worst experience of my life. Due to getting a new job I was required to come in and get my license renewed as enhanced . As soon as I walked into the building I got nothing but attitude . Literally everyone that works here is terrible except for the gentlemen that was taking photos . 
If I’m coming in to pay $100+ dollars it would be nice to receive a little customer service. I waited over 3 1/2 hours . Not to mention they stop 90 minutes before close so if you’re gunna come better go first thing in the morning. 
You guys should hire people who actually want to help others.

Ok, here goes...... I read all the crappy reviews of this DOL place and started wondering why the bad reviews?  I took my wife there a couple of years ago and got in and out in only a few minutes. Everyone we dealt with then were great. 

This morning I went to renew my license and was in and out in 15 minutes. First I started with Jerry and he is a great guy. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Then I was sent to Steve to take a picture and received the same treatment. By the time I walked over to station 2 my picture was already there and the gentleman was ready for me. There again he was fast, efficient,  and friendly. 

This is the best DOL I have ever been in .

I recently applied for a replacemental card here. Because I mixed a couple digits on the address the agent asked me to get a Dr to fill out a form regarding my ability to drive. As if I was impaired. I was so angry I left the bldg ,got the address correct and returned. The older manager woman had to take a new picture. I retained my cap,due to medical reasons explaining she had no say on it, And left. They will be getting a corrective action memo soon.I've had trouble with this wench before
