This place is terrible. When my nearest waba is closed I place orders here. I order a veggie bowl with brown rice. And they only filled 1/3 of the bowl. I put my finger as reference to see the emptiness of the bowl. Checked order before taking off, goes inside to show them and they don't see the issue with it. They didn't even bother to include forks, sauces nor napkins.  Previous order they've literally only put in a bowl of veggies no rice.

I have no words to describe how this store makes me feel, they careless about customer service, always missing something, tried call ahead still get it wrong I'm paying for whatever add'ons or substitutions I'm requesting.  Please do something about it.  just double check the orders before you send them out!

Worst experience ever ! Charging me $10 for avocado ? It’s $2.49 and the cashier still told me “it was the taxes “ so WaBa girl charges $10 in taxes ? His excuse was he worked 3 jobs ? Working three jobs can can’t ring up customers right ? To top it up for he gave two girls free Avocado to two girl? This guy needs to be fired

The girl who took our order today had an attitude. She didn’t greet us and at times just ignored us which is rude. Our dine in experience wasn’t as pleasant as we hoped, I hope other customers don’t have this same experience.

They say they open til 1030 but stop answering the phone at 9:45.  Offer curbside pickup option with the check in button once you arrive providing vehicle info. However no one comes out

So I guess they have renamed their items and you are just supposed to guess? I ordered a chicken bowl and when I saw the plain bowl of rice with some dubious chicken on top, I asked the guy about the veggies and he got all defensive. Talking about that's what you ordered! So I said; I'd like it with vegetables please. He got an attitude saying that it's extra! I said that's fine. And he still had an attitude like I asked to get it for free. Thank God for @flamebroiler cuz their food is way better and so is their service. Never setting foot in this place again!

Some of these people here are rude it's like they don't even want to answer the phone to take your order and when they answer they don't even say hello this is waba how can I help you they just say "YES" or hello? ‍  All you people need to retrain on customer service quality and efficiency to treat your customers better

This place is just bad, to say the least. Does not taste like waba grill at all. The steak and chicken tasted like it had spoiled already. Seems to me that this location cuts a lot of corners.

I still dont understand how complicated it is to read and then double check to make sure the order is correct by the TWO workers who make and package your food.  I ordered two steak bowls one with brown rice and one kids chicken bowl.  I receive ONE steak bowl with brown rice and TWO CHICKEN BOWLS.....  That is clearly not what was printed on the receipt.

Employees are indifferent. Prices are the same but veggies + meat portions are the smallest I’ve ever received at Waba Grill. Beware that your bowl/plate will be mainly rice. They are stingy with the sauce too. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.
