The brown rice was hard. I asked for a shrimp plate and 1 veggie plate. I got 2 shrimp plates. I tried to order over the phone, there was a language barrier. Shrimp was ok, nothing great! I won't be going back. I wanted to complain, but the owner or Mgr is hard to understand and she was having a problem understanding what I was trying to tell her over the phone. The food went in the trash, except the shrimp. My boyfriend is a vegetarian so he wasn't happy with shrimp.

Fresh ingredients and brown rice make this place a winner in the realm of healthy fast food. Employees seemed indifferent to service. On a repeat visit, the portions seemed small.

Would have it 5 stars but customer service sucks. You don't feel welcomed everyone had a I" don't want to be here" attitude. Hate the new miso soup. Miso is supposed not only consist of the stew but also have plenty of seaweed and tofu. Anyways employees need to have more of happy attitude even though you aren't happy at least try fake a smile.

great food ,love the music and design. Hated customer service felt very unwelcome might as well have a robot serve me food the attitude given would have been better then the rude cashier working there she need help. hope she learns S.E.C. smile eye contact and comment
