Tried to see about having someone replace a broken piece of glass at our commercial retail space.  I couldn't even get past the woman who answered the phone, she was rude to the point that i just said ill call someone else.  If I cant get passed the front line person without feeling like i am inconveniencing them then it is time to just find a company who is happy to help.
