They are friendly, courteous, & efficient. Store is clean & bright. U can bring in, from your delicates, on down to, believe it or not, shop rags. Even if they are oily, dirty, greasy, or have chemicals. They wash, dry, & neatly folds them in just a few hours. They charge only a $1.30 per pound, minimum of 8lbs. They even clean The American Flag. Our nation's flag, also known as Old Glory. In my opinion, it rates a 9-91/2 on a scale of 1 to 10. (Not sure if they do wedding dresses). I don't regret doing business with them.

Do my clothes here weekly. It's clean, has a convenient location and is reasonably priced. Hope you like really loud contemporary gospel music. The attendant sure does. ;)

Went there and it was raining and the drive through was blocked by a vehicle.my wife went to the counter when she found out that one of the employees owned the car two employees were just talking not a bit concerned that the drive was blocked

I came to this location at 7:45pm on a night before I had to leave out of town for a funeral. I had to get my suit cleaned because it smelled of smoke and had animal fur from my cat on it. The lady informed me that she could do next day service and have it to me by 6pm the next day. I asked her if there was anything that she could do because I had to leave by 1pm the next day. She told me that she would check to see what the work load was and let me know the next morning. At 9:15am the next morning, the lady called me and told me that one of the cleaners at the downtown location was informed of my situation, by her, and he said that he would personally clean it for me and have it back to me in about an hour. Sure enough the delivery driver took it downtown around 10am and I picked it up without a problem by noon. The cleaner even brought it out and handed it to me personally. I received wonderful service from this team and although they were about a dollar more than competitors, they made my problem their problem and did everything they could to give me a solution. I want to thank this wonderful team for their efforts and their hard work. It may not be much, but I made it in time for the funeral I was attending and it made a huge difference for me!
