Top notch from minute they hit the driveway. On time, courteous, clean and hard workers. The way to our furnace goes through the sunroom and kitchen which we were worried about but these guys managed to leave the house exactly the way they found it and we couldn't be happier.True professionals. So glad we decided to go with Wade. Highly recommend. Thanks again for everything.

Can't say enough good about Wade Heating & Cooling.   

My furnace quit working over the weekend.  Called them at 8:20 a.m. on Monday.  Service Tech contacted me at 9a and showed up a few minutes later.  Issue was diagnosed, repaired and resolved...  he was finished and gone by 10a... and at a fair & reasonable cost.

We had a good experience with Wade, and I would not hesitate to refer others. Our furnace broke down for the the last time during two of the coldest days we’ve experienced in years. They came out right away, gave us an estimate, we accepted, and the next day had heat! Their installers were great, very professional, knew what they were doing. They explained everything to my husband and I, answering all our questions.

About a week and a half ago, my furnace suddenly shut off, it was late at night. Wade responded and had a tech out within a reasonable time. He spent a decent amount of time trying to diagnose the issue which he deemed was the filter being clogged. He however had to come back in the morning because they did not have the correct filter. After replacing the filter he stated we needed oil and left the furnace in a unworking state. We had woodland oil come and add oil which caused our tank to overflow, which looks like we didn’t need any oil. After getting a second opinion from a second company which charged a FRACTION of the price our furnace was up and running. I spent over $400 for a furnace cleaning and an oil filter, very disappointed to say the least.

We have an old farmhouse in North Franklin Township and wanted to install central air. We thought a High Velocity system would be the best fit. Wade called us on an inquiry with one of the High Velocity manufacturers. John Lukaszewicz (AKA John L) came to our home to give us an estimate. I had ideas about how I wanted the system to be configured and John L was the right guy to talk to. We previously had a hydronic heating system and I still wanted to keep elements of that. John L designed and engineered a system that met and exceeded all of my expectations for a great price! John L is an HVAC/hydronic geek (and I say that as a complement). John L's passion for his trade truly sold me and I knew he and the Wade team were the right guys for the job. Ryan (the installer) and his install team went right to work installing all of equipment and supply tubing. Ryan was undaunted in his monumental task of figuring out a 100 year old "custom" farmhouse. He managed to get 18 supply lines in places most installers would have balked at. John L finished the hydronic portion of the job with true craftsmanship, not often found these days. I was so impressed by his work I took pictures to show my friends like the system were a newborn baby. After we had a weekend with the new system, John L called first thing Monday morning to ensure everything was working up to our expectations. I am truly pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend John L, Ryan, and the Wade team for any of your HVAC needs!
