I was so disappointed in this funeral home's service.  They definitely did not put any effort into making it organized and smooth for our family.
To start with, the Funeral Home Director's demeanor was cold and unfriendly.  I could over hear, during visitation hours, him talking about billings.  Definitely not the time or place to do so.  The Funeral Director's helpers were too old to provide a good service.  It was very unsettling to watch them struggle with my brother's coffin.  Trying to get him turned down the aisle and then struggle out of the church. Very Very Unsettling!! They did not make sure they had all the cars lined up in order before the service.  So everyone was waiting after the services until this was done.  The wreath I purchased they broke somewhere from church to cemetery.  A big chunk missing out of the top and looks awful.  And then making the mistake of telling the Legion to give my brother's flag to "one in black shirt" when it was already discussed with funeral director that it goes to our Mother.  The list goes on! I feel if you are no longer able to provide a good service for families in mourning it is time to pass it on to someone who can.  Sadly to say no stars from me.  Very devastating service!

Sad service. I give a negative 10 for them.  Had no guiding from them at ALL. 
Sadly poorly done MILITARY FUNERAL for a 30year veteran! There is too long a list of the poorest services we recieved. From the visitation to the cemetery. It all was not properly nor professionally handled. We recieved no apologies for the distruction of the $200 wreath! We also had no usher...they came short handed,  and didnt tell us.90 yr old guy is f.d. What a disgrace! Maybe my brother can even things out. The Military legionaires did a perfect job...but also were misguided by the f.d. because the American flag was to go to my mom for her sons military services.but f.d. told the commander to give it to "the kid in the black shirt" 😣
