Never answer the phone voicemail always comes on. I called while I was there and nobody was on the phone it just rings until the voicemail picks up. One of the guys called his self helping but took the people behind me in the line order first. I didn't blow up or cause a scene because I figured he would take my order next. Nope, how wrong was I, he walked away. The lady who was actually running the register kept acting as if she didn't see people standing there to place orders and took forever to take them. After placing my order I went to my car and waited a while then came back in. I asked the people standing there were they waiting and they told me to go ahead. The employee guy saw this interchange but once I got to the register he told me it's people behind you.... You don't say? You mean like the couple that was behind me whose order you took before mine? I breezed over it and told him they told me to go ahead. He tried to tell me again and I said I KNOW! I felt like because of what I had on he didn't want to serve me. I said I simply want to know if my order is ready. He didn't ask my name nor what my order was and IMMEDIATELY told me no. Then looked above and around me and asked is there anyone else that hasn't been helped... I will not be back.

The food was excellent. And the sweet girl that waited on me made sure I wasn't lacking anything without constantly asking if everything was alright. Will definitely eat here again.

Good eating. Quick service. Not friendly as the usual waffle House.

They don't pick the phone up but service was good and food was good

Came one night around 8 with my kids and the service was unprofessional and rude to each other yelling across the restaurant at each other. They also got my order wrong and took forever to fix it eventhough there was really little to no customers.  This time the service was prompt and courteous.
