I was greeted the moment i stepped in the door. It was almost like a family welcoming from the get go. They made me feel like I had been in there a million times but yet it was my first time there .The waitress went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% content with my meal. And as if that wasn't enough she was genuinely pleasant, not fake. Happy to see that there are still people out there that take their job seriously. This young lady would be a great trainer for new food serving employees.
Not the friendliest but respectful staff. They often times don't take "to go" orders. The one night they did I get home to find there's no meat on either of the TWO All Star meals I ordered. There were no chocolate chips on the one waffle as requested. I tried calling multiple times in hopes to resolve the issue. Unfortunately no one answered their phone which lead me to leave this comment. The food is good if and when they give you what you order. I wish they would answer the phone and greet customers with a smile sometimes.
The cook didn't prepare my food well. Too busy on his phone and didn't cook my melt right. He gave me grits and the cheese wasn't even melted . The waiter was very nice but I'd like my money back for my meals. The other meal was a lack luster sausage bowl . Rather have made this at home.
Since Waffle House is my favorite breakfast restaurant, and since we were going to be shopping in Seffner, we stopped off at the Seffner restaurant instead of our usual. Surprisingly, nearly every sitting place was unclean nearly, the music was exceptionally loud, and the temperature was set to keep the cooks, working behind the hot grille cool and comfortable, but leaving the diners freezing. But, as was expected, the food was great and the reason there is a 3 rating, at the beginning of this, not the usual 5 . Btw, the restaurant wasn't rush time busy.

I have honestly never been to a waffle house before; boy, was I glad I tried them out today! Hot, crispy waffle was delicious; plus, it was free with my birthday! Love this place; definitely will be back!!! : Staff was really nice, food was fresh, and the diner decor was super cute!
My last hash browns with mushroom onions and scrambled eggs before going on a new lifestyle change. I asked for BLACK crispy hash browns, BUT INSTEAD I got lightly toasted hash browns That's the only reason why I'm giving it a four star. Other than that the place seemed pretty clean, WAITRES took my order in a timely manner, I received my meal in a timely manner but NOT BLACK like I asked. Great temperature and a good proportion for what I paid. Thanks WF
My daughter and I visited store 1627 and the staff were great! Aimee was my server and she’s very attentive with guests as well as ensuring that the place is kept clean and in order. The team’s energy was flawless.
I wouldn't give this place even the one star. I went in to get an order to go because it was hot out and I always have my puppy with me. Don't like leaving her to long in the car. So I walked in and sat at the counter. Every employee in there yells no at me. I was shocked. They said u can't sit there. Which I thought was odd. But I got up and moved to a table. When the waitress walked over I said I would like to put in an order to go. She said to me no no no Togo orders . I said what do u mean. She said the manager said we can't do any to go orders. Dine in only. I said we'll fine give me my order and some carry out boxes i will box it myself and then go. She said no u can't take any food out of the restaurant. I just got up a left. Went and found somewhere else to eat. I have never had a restaurant refuse to serve me because I wanted to take my food with me. I love waffle houses food. But I never got to try this one and I never will. I wi never go back to this location again. Very rude people here.
I'm from Maine no Waffle houses exist north of the Dixie line, so it was a good experience. The waitress was very friendly, and the food was good, especially the hash browns. Perfect hangover food
