This place was clean, and the bathroom smelled fresh! The service and food were delicious, even the coffee was delicious I had 2 cups!. The staff worked well together and helped each other because it was a bit busy. They all seemed to care that each customer had the best experience possible. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already recommended this Waffle House to people I know! Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking, and ramps for accessing the building.
Clean. Customer service was outstanding from the phone call to find out if there were any open tables,waiter were polite. The cook of our meal Cameron did and outstanding job. Staff member Zack walked us out in the rain to assist with physical challenged family members needing assist to the car. It was a busy Thanksgiving day. We tried several places....long wait or closed. WH did not fail us and the food and service was outstanding in Evans/Augusta area. I must add the location and restrooms were CLEAN!!! The staff uniforms were too I was very impressed with everything! The day could have been a sad Thanksgiving on a dreary day. THEIR SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD MADE OUR DAY BRIGHT!
5 stars. I've been here several times recently and it's hands down the best waffle house I've ever been to, consistent good food every time I go. The food areas are kept clean. The cooks take pride in their food and the service is great. I work late hours and am glad they are still open when I'm hungry.
The hostess seating us was a hot mess, but our server was perfection. The bacon is hit or miss at this location, but everything else is good.Food: 5/5
It’s Thanksgiving morning I stopped in to get some breakfast to-go and they’re pushing me all over the place where I can and cannot sit. I will not return to this Waffle House terrible customer service. New manager needed.
The best Waffle House in the CSRA in my opinion. Try their Cheesesteak sandwich with scattered all the way hashbrowns chili and gravy. Amazing food!Food: 5/5
Myself and my spouse in and were not greeted. However, the hostess chose stare without saying anything, and when another group of people of another race waked in, they were immediately greeted. I will never return to this location. Waffle house, learn how to teach your employees better customer service.
Always wonderful employees and food cooked perfect! They really need to adjust the air for customers comfort though. My food is COLD before I can eat it. Parking: Ample parking Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibile
This location is always great. I always stop in when I'm in town. The wait is sometimes longer then other locations, but that says something about the food and service, which is fantastic!
Sarah is the cutest and sweetest waitress I’ve ever had!!! Sure knows how to do service with a smile!!! Love love love!!!!
