Employee told me delivering cream and sugar with the coffee "...was a hassle but we are going to do what we going to do, and get through it" also did not bring our waffles and tell our meal was finished and both waffles looked like they were barely cooked, one was broken into pieces. He then asked several times if there was anything wrong even though he already knew what our issue was. Ate here a few times during a business trip and had much better service, but extremely average food, on several other occasions

First time there.  My daughter and I wanted the recommended pecan waffles they didn't have any, then they brought me a waffle that had been sitting around awhile while my daughter had to wait for her breakfast.  We didn't get to EAT together at the same time.Food: 2/5

We went here this morning to grab some food. The service was absolutely terrible. I didn't catch the guys name that was our server, but he should not be working there at all. We had to ask for creamer for the coffee and for silverware which none of us got a full set our food came out in increments. One person's meal came. Well most of it 5 minutes later the second person's food came out. We had to ask about the remaining meal and we're told.. its coming.. no butter with the waffle.. we literally were given our check before all of the food was even at the table. He never came back to check on us. And as we were leaving he snapped at an elderly couple as they were walking up to a table to sit down. I've worked in restaurants many years in my life and I get people can have a bad day.. but this was absolutely horrible..

I ordered the biscuits and gravy actually it was a single biscuit and the advertised strawberry waffle with whipped cream on top. The best part of the meal was the biscuit and gravy. It was better than what I’ve had at most restaurants, but the biscuits and gravy at Pilot Flying J is still significantly better. For the strawberry waffle, I thought it was a little too mushy I prefer a more spongy waffle. And the whipped cream wasn’t really cream, but rather a whipped topping that melts into a slightly milky but almost translucent liquid. The truth is, it wasn’t a bad meal. I’ve had much worse. But I’ve also had much better. I had expected top quality food when I walked in, and I was a little disappointed.  The service and atmosphere was exactly what I had expected. Based on the service and atmosphere I would return to this Waffle House. But I would perhaps explore something else on the menu.

This Waffle House is very clean and the workers are friendly and professional. The food is pretty standard Waffle House food. The outstanding part of this visit, the most important thing at any restaurant, was that our waitress actually brought me as many pickles as she was willing to give me my exact request. No server has ever brought me exactly what I asked for when it comes to pickles, lemon wedges, etc. This is now my favorite Waffle House.

Food was ok.. not great.. what threw me off was the 5 mice I seen running around inside... made me get up an leave.. before I left. I pointed it out to the crew.. they said management is aware and won't do anything about it. Update. Spoke to district manager today. Says problems have been fixed and apologizedFood: 1/5

I went here yesterday. Called my order in for there I was told my food just came off the grill. My food was over done which I don’t like. My harsh browns were not hard like I asked, waffle was fine but my angus bacon burger bun was hard & bacon was black & burnt more than what I am used to. If I do return I will be checking my food on the way out .

Rude servers, never clean the tables that are clear so people can sit into their section so the building is just filled up dirty empty tables and they’ll all stare at you for 10+ minutes while waiting for a tableFood: 5/5

Had Breakfast here on a friday morning and it had to be one of the friendliness encounters ever at a Waffle House ever. I think everyone spoke to my wife and I every time they walked by us and even the cook interacted with us while we sat at the bar top. They may have had the allstars all there at one time for my experience but it was a nice experience for us.

Update: Talked with the manager the food quality improved on my most recent visitFood: 4/5
