We are a family that loves waffle house and frequently stops when traveling, as we did on Friday night. When we walked in, there were 3 employees behind the counter and only 4 customers at the counter. We received no greeting and there was quite literally only one clean, bussed table in the restaurant - that should have been our clue. Our order was taken, then came out sporadically. My son and I both ordered the All-Star sub hashbrowns for grits. We never did receive toast and had to ask where our waffles were after we'd already finished eating everything else. Brought my son's and by the time he was halfway through still hadn't brought mine. Husband went to pay and she finally brought my waffle, but it was cold and she gave me no butter. Didn't eat it, and left in disgust. During the entire 30-40 minutes it remained mostly empty and not a single table was ever cleaned up. I am a restaurant manager myself, and probably more understanding than many, but this was ridiculous.

Dirty utensils, a dead fly laying belly up beside my placemat/menu. Waitress didn't remove the fly after I told her, so I covered it with a napkin. Overcharged us by charging 1.00 extra for the meat on the cheese and egg order which includes meat. The music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation with the person beside you. When asked if they could cut it down they said that was controlled in the office and the office was locked. Wasted $20.00 tonight for sure.

Food was good but service was trash. Our waitress got most of our orders wrong and food took forever. We also were accidentally splashed with soapy water from the dishwasher and it got all over the food.

Food and service was good. There was water dripping from the ceiling though. I think it was just the AC

It was pretty good it just they charge you too much because I went two days in a row and I ordered the same thing and they gave me a different price and I asked her about it and she said we do not do that
