We Came in today for the first time for my mom’s birthday and had such an amazing experience! The owner made us feel so welcome and was super helpful! He even added a little candle to my mom’s waffle to celebrate her! To top it off the waffles were AMAZING! We had the strawberry waffle!! 10/10 would recommend! Best waffles in town!Food: 5/5

I absolutely loved it. I loved it so much that I went 3 days in row while I was visiting Boise. As a Belgian native, I can confirm these waffles are the real deal! “A little taste of home”. Many places offer “Belgian Waffles”, but so far I haven’t run into a place that can make them as good as Waffle me Up does. I definitely recommend the Waffle Me Strawberry! Great combo.  Service was excellent. Kind people that serve you with a smile. I felt welcome as a customer.

Perfect breakfast/brunch spot.  You can taste the passion in the food and see it in the owner.  We got the original, the bobacado deluxe and the peanut butter & currant waffles. It was a struggle to pick a favorite, they were all amazing. Definitely going to make this a regular stop when in Boise.

First tried Waffle Me Up in 2018 - really loved the waffles. Moved to ATL for 6 years and figured I could find something similar. Nope! Fast forward to 2024 and I still can’t find a waffle that is close to as good as the unique liege waffles at Waffle Me Up! Best waffles in town!Food: 5/5

This place is delicious, i ordered a chicken and waffles. It had gravy and the chicken was so tender and crispy  and the waffle had good crunchy edges which were good on every bite. Will definitely keep coming cuz the whole menu looks good. Service is incredible, made us feel welcome and since was our first time explained the concept and how its made. Plates were empty cuz it was delicious , thanks we will be coming back.

This is BY FAR the BEST breakfast spot i’ve ever eaten. The waffle was light and fluffy with a little bit of a crispy outside. The chicken reminded me of Raising Canes with better flavor and cleaner ingredients. I will 100% go out of my way to come here over other breakfast restaurants in the area. Great clean food for a phenomenal price, and super friendly environment. All around a great experience  Vegetarian options: The only thing that’s not Vegetarian is the chicken and waffles! Tucked away in the heart of downtown Boise, Waffle Me Up is a haven for those with a penchant for perfectly cooked waffles and a charming, cozy ambiance. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly made waffles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.  My favorite waffle is their Bobacado deluxe!

This place just ruined all other waffles for me. You have to try it! I had the “waffle me banana” but they also have savory options like chicken and waffles and eggs, bacon, avacado waffles.  I might have to move to Boise so I can eat here more often
