I came across this place going home from work. Friendly staff, tantalizing offerings, waffles made fresh to order. I really enjoyed my experience.
Honestly this place was stodgy. I'm giving it 2 stars because the decor was alot of fun but other than that the waffles themselves were boring and they took a very long time to make. They look pretty but needed some deeper flavor profiles.

I usually don't make it a habit of leaving positive reviews because, I admit, I am selfish! . But today I had a exceptional and rare experience and I promise to leave a review. Well, like I said I am selfish when it comes to finding a spot or place I truly enjoy overall. From the drinks, the deserts, the privacy, modernly cuteness style, the cleanliness of the place to the customer service experience! There is nothing more valuable to me that will top the first sip of my drink that tastes like a happy customer! . Although today they made and inocente but justifiable mistake to not add my cheese waffle to the order a beautiful young lady made sure I went home with it & with a grand smile on her face. She assured excellent customer service. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I'll see ya next week! PS. This place is like a book. You'll be surprised to find the tresure inside. Don't judge it by it's outside cover.
Waffles are alright. The drinks were good however the amount of ice they put only gives you like 4 sips. It’s literally 90% ice and you can’t request to change the amount. Not worth the price.

This is the closest tea shop to our office so we decided to give it a try... and I am so glad we did! It was soooo good and the interior is so freaking cute. They had a buy 4 get 1 free special so we got 5 drinks total. - House Salted Coffee - Matcha Brulee - Avocado Coffee Blended - Fresh Taro Milk - Dragon Lichi I spilled my Taro Milk as soon as we got back to the office, so I only got to try a tiny bit, but it was delicious. I was super surprised at how good the avocado coffee was. It seemed like a weird combination, but I wanted to give it a try. This was easily my favorite drink. It was soooo smooth and creamy and delicious. This is definitely one I will order again. I also tried a sip of my coworkers matcha brulee and it was tasty. I haven't tried the dragon lichi yet, I put it in the fridge for later, so I can't say much on it other than it looks so pretty. My other coworkers got the salted coffee and said it was great. Next time we will probably order ahead, though, because the wait was pretty long. We were probably waiting for about 30 minutes. There was a large order right before ours and then our 5 drinks, so it is completely understandable... but if you are trying to grab a quick drink on your lunch break just be prepared for a bit of a wait. Overall our experience was great. Everything was so delicious and we will definitely be back!
Terrible. 85% of their drinks are ice, you’re paying $8 for ice. I’ve been there a few times and it’s always the same. For toppings, even if you pay more for extra they still don’t add any more and it’s been the same each time I’ve gone. Their service is horrible, I spent 6 mins waiting at the front for literally any of the workers to come and help us. It was not rush hour at all. I’ve asked many times if they could check if my order was made right and they still get it wrong. I haven’t complained because I don’t want to give the workers a hard time. The waffles aren’t that great either if I’m being honest. And the prices are way too high and simply not worth it. Horrible experience all around and I’ll never come back here. Honestly you’re better off driving down the road to sharetea or something.
The first time I went, the waffles were delicious, I went back and waited too long. I had to wait 40 minutes to an hour, so I ordered a pickup order again later, and I ordered a chocolate waffles but I got another waffle came out, but I didn't have time to exchange it..one looked like a waffle that just came out, but other two tasted like that have been out for a while. it wasn't crunch and like soggy..
