I ordered 1 dozen long stemmed pink roses for someone and had them sent anon.  Wagland called apologizing for running out of pink roses asking would I like another color in their place.  I chose red.  They called back and said they found 6 pink roses and would I like an equally valued arrangement with the 6 pink along with other flowers.  They also were very helpful with delivery arrangements.  Great customer service.
