Can’t rave enough about our experience with Wagner Built Construction. We had 2 decks built, one with a covered roof and couldn’t be happier with how they came out. Nate and his crew are extremely professional, punctual and work their butts off. They take great pride in doing a great job and making sure their customer is happy. Nate was in constant communication with us through the whole process and immediately addressed any questions or concerns. We will definitely being using them for our next project.

HONEST – FAIR – PROFESSIONAL - TOP NOTCH CRAFTSMANSHIP.  Wagner Built Construction just finished my 24 x 14 deck and we couldn’t be happier with it.  Nate was easy to work with and responsive from start to finish.  His crew was professional and worked very efficiently and they always left the work site clean and tidy.  It was apparent that Nate takes pride in his work.  He and his crew of men work like a well-oiled machine. I would highly recommend Wagner Built Construction to anyone looking for a contractor that they can trust, does what they say they are going to do and provides top notch work at a fair price.  You won’t be sorry.  I will use Wagner Built Construction again and again.

LOVE the tin roof over my patio. It’s massive and heavy duty. 

Can’t say enough about the work you have done...Very Happy! 
It’s great sitting out there during a rainstorm (me and the furniture stay nice and dry).  Also looking forward to those hot summer days.

Nate Wagner  (Wagner Built Construction) was recommended. I went online and checkout the website before contacting. I was happy to see the large gallery of projects and more impressed after speaking with Nate. It was nice to receive a quick response and actually have the contractor sound enthusiastic as you are about your project. 

Once we told him what we had in mind, he had some great suggestions. He discussed material options, helped narrow down to meet our budget and didn't try to upsell us. Since that first contact, he has been polite, timely, and very responsive to all our inquiries via phone, texts and emails.

His crew was always respectful, on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, the work area was always cleaned up, equipment was put away, and the trash was hauled away.

I appreciate your hard work and all the input from Nate and his crew. Thanks again guys!

We just had Wagner Built Construction build us a beautiful deck. Nate and his crew did an outstanding job, we absolutely love it!! Nate has a great crew who work well together, are punctual and professional. Nate was in constant communication with me from the time he came to give me the estimate until the job was done. That is something that is hard to come by. I would highly recommend him, I know I will use them again for any future projects.

Wagner Built Construction and its owner Nate were very professional and prompt in all my initial inquiries.  Other pole barn builders took weeks and in some cases months to get back to me.  They built a large finished pole barn for me in Niagara County and it turned out great on the inside and outside.  Nate is very knowledgeable and his prices were very competitive.  The crew of workers were also very professional and polite and maintained a clean work site during the length of the build.  Nate and his crew are very detail oriented and you can clearly see the pride they take in their work.  Nate communicated with me every day on the timing of their arrival and the progress they made.  I was always kept in the loop which is important to anyone when making a large investment like a pole barn.   I would recommend Wagner Built Construction to anyone looking for a pole barn or any construction work.
