We were lucky to have gotten one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the interior was the highlight of our stay. The lights in front of the rooms were completely out, and more importantly this place is littered with trash. The room next door had smoke blowing directly in front of our room and trash was scattered ALL the way around the building from the construction. The lights were out during the night time around the pool as well, so swimming after dark was uncomfortable. We requested our sheets changed after our beds had only been made because of food spills and sand from children, and only 1 bed was given new sheets. There was also a roach that crawled on the bed, but an exterminator came to spray with no questions asked. This hotel may have been worth the price tag at one point, but due to the current renovations and state of the hotel, the price is too high. At it's current stage and management, the price should be the cost of a cheap motel. We cut our visit short and opted to get a hotel we trust around the country; the Hyatt Place.

Very clean rooms, well organized furniture, comfortable too. The staff is very cooperative, and friendly. The pool is centered and clean. Large too. The water pressure in the shower is insane, loved it. Close too the beaches and of course the pier. The rooms are being remodeled and from what I see through the windows, they'll be luxurious! Overall my experience here is super positive and highly recommend.

Except for beautiful beach with private access, absolutely not worth it. I paid more than 200$ per night for a place in absolute state of disrepair and decay. Suite is very shabby and not particularly clean. Funny smell in the bathroom. Very loud A/C that didn't let me sleep well. Luminiscent bulb in bathroom that died at night (they could see it coming for ages). Broken furniture. No breakfast. Everything extra cost extra money including lounge on the beach. 10 air broadcast channels on TV instead of advertised cable. On the good side, suite was very spacious and had kitchen. All in all, it was worst value for money I saw for quite a while. Paid as for 4 star hotel for a cheap motel. Be wiser than me, stay out.

We stayed in an updated room. Very nice room. Love the decor and the furniture. This room is much nicer than the room we own over at westgate vacation villas in Orlando. Comfy bed. Comfy pillows. The only cons are no ocean view and a little bit of a walk to get to the beach and no laundry facility in the room. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful grounds... There was renovation ongoing, however this really didn't disrupt the guest too much. The new units are very nice. Enjoyed our stay
