From a guy who usually avoids going to the dentist, I had a pleasant experience at Walden Dental. Dr. Frank was the first dentist who I have seen, who did not recommenced any unnecessary treatments. He was straight forward and honest. The dental Hygienist, Emily, was friendly and thorough. She took the time to point out which areas I needed to do a better job of cleaning and she made certain that all of the tartar around my gum line was removed. Since the office is brand new, everything was modern and clean. I also appreciated how the staff clearly stated what I would be charged for verses what insurance would cover, prior to receiving any treatment, so that there would not be any surprises. I recommend Walden Dental over the various other dentists in Austin. Over the years, I have been to quite a few, but none of them were as transparent as this place!

Exceptional service. Walden Dental is the second Dentist I have been at since I moved to Austin 4 years ago, and I will not go anywhere else. I can't think of any sort of Physicians office where I felt like everyone there truly cared about me (or my budget) until I came to Walden. Dr. Frank is an outstanding Dentist and I can not speak highly enough of the Staff. They are just wonderful people that want "going to the dentist" to be as great as it can be. They are very clear and honest when it comes to treatments, and they go over all options possible. If you are looking for a excellent dentist in the Austin area, I highly recommend you give Walden Dental a call and try them for yourself.

Always a great experience! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Frank is so informative during visits. Your visit is much more than a cleaning or a broken tooth. You are treated as if you were family. This office is very affordable and holds the true meaning of customer service. I have had work done on my teeth recently and it was painless! When I say painless, I mean 0 pain. I feared dentist appointments before I found Walden Dental. Now I look forward to them. I recommend everyone come to this office and see for yourself. Thank you Walden Dental!

Story time! If you were in Austin on 12/8, you may remember that it was bitterly cold for the area; going to the dentists is an unwelcome task at best, but combined with the cold, it wasn’t something I was looking forward to. On top of that, it had been ten years (!) since I last went to a dentist, so I was wary of a preachy dentist. My expectations could not have been any more wrong. The entire staff was helpful, pleasant, and explained every step of the process. Dr. Frank and his staff found a (unsurprising, because again, ten years since my last visit) cavity with an accompany crack in my tooth. Now, dear reader, you may be thinking “wow, maybe they lied to you! You weren’t feeling any pain.” However, the staff showed me pictures every step of the way, really cluing me into what was wrong with my mouth; even though I’m facing 2k+ dental costs, I feel informed and not misled at all. They helped me out with no-interest financing. I'd name them by name, but I'm aware of online safety-however, if you folks in the office are reading this, you were AMAZING. On top of that, Dr. Frank’s bedside manner was one of the best I’ve had in any doctor. Many of them preach about comfort and pain relief, but Dr. Frank was attentive enough to notice small physiological changes when he stuck me with the needle. He explained every step of the way, and his attitude was collaborative, friendly, positive, attentive, low pressure…. Really, just keep putting on good adjectives you’d use to describe a dentist here. So, in short, I was so impressed that, despite having an impromptu dental procedure involving needles on a very unpleasant morning, I left the dentist’s office feeling quite satisfied and optimistic about my dental health. And really, that should tell you how awesome they are.

I had a great experience at Walden Dental. The customer service was phenomenal as soon as you walk into the facility. I was greeted with warmth and kindness. Emily Young was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. It is a super clean and cute dental office. Loved it!!! I will definitely refer friends and family.
