NP Elijah was courteous and professional. Didnt mind a short wait bc we got unhurried service. Strep and flu test done quickly and thorough exam.

Esther was the RN we visited and she had no bedside manners. It wasn't a pleasant experience from the minute I walked in with my son who was sick. She definitely shouldn't be working at Walgreens as a Nurse or in the field of nursing. We were in the room for 20 minutes before she even began looking at my son. 🙄

She asked if he took any OT on a daily basis and when I said Zyrtec she needed to know the exact milligrams. So I had to walk out and look at a bottle because I didn't know. Very frustrating and I wanted to do was get my son checked to see if he was sick and needed prescriptions. 

Then she wanted all this information on my children's father and refused treatment until it was provided. I didn't have any of that information bc we haven't lived together or been together for 12 years. So ridiculous. I have been to many clinics and doctors and never have they needed this information nor were we ever treated so poorly. 

We will never revisit this care clinic.

Can never adhere to an appointment schedule, expect to seen the healthcare professional at least 30min late.

Lack of communication between staff.  Unable to input correct billing information.
