Pharmacy staff were not helpful at all in getting me the medication I need through my insurance and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes. I had to play phone tag between my doctors office, which was about to close, and walgreens and I still did not end up getting my prescription filled. Nobody showed an ounce of caring or sympathy. Definitely not getting my prescriptions filled at this location ever again.

I have used this Walgreen's for the last time. They plain out Lie, about any and everything! This is one of many Example! Drop off Rx and was told could not be fill at that time! Okay I'm a easy person. When will it be ready? We will have it ready at 9:oo a.m. . Okay I said! Didn't go till 4:00 p.m. to pickup and was told they did not fill because the script because it was to soon! So at 5:53 p.m. I get a text that's it is ready!!! How good of them!!

The absolute worst place to get a script filled. Wait times exceeding 2 hours. None of their antibiotics are discounted. If you don't have insurance you will be financially raped. Smug employees who challenge any question you may have about practices. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I visited this location this evening to attempt to pick up a prescription for antibiotics. When I arrived 30 minutes after my doctor called my prescription in, the tech Andej seemed very annoyed and told me it would be another 15-30 minutes. No big deal. When I walked back up to the counter 20 minutes later he then told me that there may be an issue, rolled his eyes, took my insurance card, and walked away. I waited another HOUR when he proceeded to tell me that my insurance would not cover the medication at a Walgreens pharmacy. I asked him if he knew why and if he knew of any other locations where I could get my prescription filled and he said he would have to call again and rolled his eyes at me. Ridiculous behavior. I understand that they were a little busy this evening. However, that is no way to treat a customer. I left Walgreens in tears because not only do I not feel well but I also had to deal with that behavior. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I have NEVER had this issue at any other pharmacy and I will never return to this Walgreens location again!

Generally have very unreasonable wait times (sometimes 2 - 3 hours) to have a new prescription filled?! Totally unacceptable, considering ALL Other pharmicies I have utilized in South County over the past 15 years, never take more than 15 - 45 minutes (tops) to fill your script and let you get on your way?!
