Michelle and other pharmacy staff is a joke at this location. No one calls if there’s ever an issue. They refuse to call insurance companies to rectify issues that may arise. Michelle told me I have to wait until tomorrow for her to call insurance company having me right in front of her after receiving my prescription 48 hours prior. I said I’ll call them now. 5 mins later I have my prescription. It’s unbelievable how people don’t want to do their jobs anymore.

I'm a prescribing Dr. and I'm horrified at the poor service and lack of caring and attention this pharmacy routinely gives.  Go to CVS down the road or northfield pharmacy.
