I really should have given two stars, because not everybody here is  TOTALLY arrogantly incompetent.  It's hit or miss on whether you get good service. But the actual pharmacists should be choosing more carefully who they hire under them, and the owner wherever they are , are really derelict in watching over the quality of the pharmacy employees hired.  latest example of, duh,  low IQ behavior.....we give the pharmacy three hours to prepare a medicine, go to eat, and return....duh....no oops, sorry, just...Ohhhh, it'll be done in a few minutes. Well, after a 15 minute conversation in the car, waiting....out it rolls, now mind you, nobody else is in line behind us, the parking lot has very few cars, its far from rush hour at the pharmacy.... and the attitude is completely ho hum, as if this is totally normal service. And from what I can see half the time it is. If you question the employee, they get rude QUICK, , like happened to me one other time, but this time my husband said nothing, and all the way home we talked about the audacity of the general attitudes of 'not caring', zero, accountability, no excellence strived for and the  lackadaisical low IQ with which not only this pharmacy but often other  places in Baltimore are generally run, so hey, this pharmacy is in good company. We are just old enough, to remember when this  country had businesses that cared, and were on time, and apologized if they weren't or made a mistake, had  integrity and were conscientious with the public, its like nobody cares about their jobs in Baltimore anymore, they have zero concern they will ever be fired, because frankly the customer simply doesn't matter. the standards are SO LOW, it is amazing on a monthly basis, whether its the randallstown post office or other  Baltimore places. The south  is waaayyy better, people still care, the north is libnut haven and socialist territory, where obamanation reigns and standards are incredibly low, and  people have lost their  zip, their smile, there passion and are hired without standards, PR skills or competence. common sense isn't even the business standard in Baltimore anymore, and Walgreen's pharmacy is just more of the incompetent, same old, same old. Terrible employees are hired, and management and owners apparently have given up any kind of vision, outside of trying not to literally prescribe the wrong medicine and kill someone.... that is the new 'high' bar, and that is to keep them out of court, its basically a selfish  ill raised un accountable city., I wish I could say this pharmacy staff was an exception, but its not.

Everytime i come here it's a problem...wrong prescription, waiting long time and always offer most expensive brand first other than what the insurance cover making me pay out of pocket.

Calling as a doctors office to try to clear up an issue for a patient and I have been on hold now for 14 mins and 42 seconds. the phone keeps ringing back due to being on hold way to long and they aren't even apologizing and asking if i can continue to hold they just keep placing me back on hold. horrible pharm do not use!!
