I came here yesterday to pick up my prescription which was estimated to be ready at 2pm. It wasn't ready on time, so I went to get gas, did a little shopping and bought groceries. A few hours later, it still wasn't ready so I decided to head home. I returned today. There were approximately 12 people in line. Numerous people in front of me had issues when picking up their prescriptions and I spent about 20 minutes at the cash register.  There was an issue when ringing up my prescription and the lady walked off without explanation and returned about 15 minutes later. I realize that this pharmacy does a lot of business, but that is no excuse for the poor customer service.

       I have used Walgreens on Ash St. for the past few months but today I was in the hospital area and decided to stop at the Wayne Memorial location to get my perscription filled.  Boy was stopping here a Big mistake, and I work in sales so I'm used to jerks.  
                                                                                                                                                 I have paid $40 or less for the past 6 months to get my perscription filled and today at the Wayne Memorial location I was told it would cost  $95.  That's over double the amount it's supposed to be!!  After nicely telling the pharmicist I thought the numbers were wrong she quickly snapped back "I did everything like I was supposed to, your insurance went up, there is nothing I can do, you need to call your insurance..."  This went on for a couple of minutes before I was fed up and went to my normal Ash st. location.  I explained to them what happened, they took a look, called my insurance provider and noticed a mistake was made and surprise, surprise, I paid $40.00. 

If you have an extra 5 minutes drive down to the store on Ash st., they work with you and do all they can to help out (proven today).

We have been using this Walgreen's since moving here two years ago. The store is clean, and employees are friendly. Plus, its conveniently located.
