I went to fill a prescription for antibiotics around 8:30 AM. There weren't any other people waiting for prescriptions. There were two staff members at the pharmacy and both were very polite and quick. They said it would take about 10 minutes to fill my prescription, but it was ready in about 5 minutes.

I asked this pharmacy to have two prescriptions transferred from my original pharmacy and I watched them write down all of my information as I literally spelled my medication out for them. They then said they would call me to let me know when my prescription was done. Hours later, I called them for a status update and they said they had forgotten to call my pharmacy. Fantastic. They then called my pharmacy and had only one of two prescriptions filled. When I arrived to pick up my one prescription, they told me they lost it. They rummaged through countless bins while the line grew and grew and found the prescription 15 minutes later. When I finally got home and opened my prescription, I realized they had packed 3 months' worth of the wrong medication. I'm going out of the country tomorrow and I don't have my prescription medication because these people are so incompetent and careless. Come on, Walgreens. People like them definitely should not be responsible for distributing medication to the community.

Slowest most confused staff I've ever seen! Lines are crazy and they don't care. They tell you 5 minutes they really mean 35, so don't feel the need to wait for them hoping they'll be quick and care about your time!

The pharmacy is under staffed how ever the person who took my prescription Annie was very friendly and even told me about discount for the medication I was taking which I could claim from good rx. The head pharmacist there "Stephanie S" though initially sounded little pissed (about something else?) very well knew her stuff in fact she was the only person who knew about my drug right away among the many pharmacies I spoke with. -- People who know their stuff are good. (example Annie) -- There are a couple of very unresponsive persons (example Ben) but that is unavoidable in any pharmacy.

Sat here for 30 minutes waiting for my Money from western union. Left with a bunch of small bills. The manager and staff were confused and running all over. Not informative as to what was going on. Nice but lacking. Can't close my wallet due to all the small bills. Ugh!!
