It's like any other Walgreen's - conveniently located, they've usually got what you need, but heaven help you if there's two old people using coupons in front of you at checkout. Staff is helpful, just wish there was a self checkout.

Horrible customer service! Had to go here to pickup a prescription for my son who was sick. My Walgreens bowles in Fenton did not have enough of the other prescription that I needed. Twin oaks was the closest that had it. Called and was told the pharmacy was open till midnight. Arrived at a little bit before 9 pm on a Saturday night and it was closed?!WHAT??? Even called the store to confirm the prescription and that they were open. I asked an employee and was treated very rudely and like I was an inconvenience to him. There was absolutely NOBODY in the store!!! Complete waste of time to drive from Fenton to Ballwin!!! WHAT Walgreens pharmacy CLOSES at 6pm on a Saturday night in the middle of cold/flu season!!!!!

Tim Owens The photo specialist at Walgreens was amazing. We had a family emergency and their machines were down and he personally went above and beyond and helped our daughter. Your store can be very proud of him people like him are rare to find these days. THANK  YOU Tim!!!

I been to Walgreens all the time of my whole life and I know that it's a lot of changes and I have the rewards program card for the savings. The truth is that you can get it on your purchase of item in any stores in your area. The phone card is very easy to use when you're sure is the amount of money that you want on it on the card.
