Consistently, this is the most unprofessional pharmacy that I have done business with over the last several years.  Subscriptions are never ready even hours after called in by my doctor and told to rush.  Frequently, they miss a second subscription all together when called in with another med. I watched and heard the Doc do it yet Walgreens lied that all the meds were in the bag., when they were not.  When you are really sick and in pain. this terrible customer service is unacceptable.  I will no longer buy anything at Walgreens.

The pharmacy techs look unkept and sloppy, and look like just rolled out of bed.  They roll their eyes, and sigh, and the customer service is not great.  The pharmacists are short and impersonal.  They can never find my name or my prescriptions.  I'm very disappointed in this Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is awful except for one or two exceptions. Out of the last 4 prescriptions I had filled there, the pharmacy did not fill 2 of them, and one of the two they failed to fill TWICE and could offer no explanation. The last two I requested be filled, they failed to fill one of them.  Mistakes like this are not acceptable in a pharmacy,  period!
